Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of IP management experience in a technical environment.

• Fluent English (C1); German/Spanish advantageous.

Senior Intellectual Property Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Senior Intellectual Property Specialist (m/f/d), you will contribute to the development and protection of the company's intellectual property portfolio and processes. The role combines intellectual property management, competitive intelligence, process development, and strategic collaboration to support business goals and innovation activities. You will work closely with technical, legal, and business stakeholders across the organization.

YOUR TASKS

• Participate in and manage intellectual property negotiations with suppliers and research cooperation partners for example regarding licensing agreements
• Contribute to intellectual property strategy development, particularly in partnerships and collaborative business models
• Monitor competitive intelligence and business developments relevant to intellectual property management
• Support the development and continuous improvement of end-to-end intellectual property processes
• Design and support intellectual property awareness and training initiatives across the business
• Identify knowledge gaps and create materials to strengthen compliance with intellectual property processes and regulations

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Physics, or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in intellectual property negotiations and strategy development
• More than ten years of experience in intellectual property management in a technical environment
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property Law, IP Management, or IP Strategy
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess intellectual property opportunities and risks
• Fluent English skills at C1 level; German and Spanish are considered an advantage
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, legal, and business functions
