What You Will Do

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Partner with a strong passion for finding and engaging exceptional technical talent. In this role, you will focus primarily on deep, strategic sourcing mostly for world‑class C++ Engineering talent, while helping shape our sourcing strategies and talent pools. This role is ideal for someone who wants to specialize in sourcing today and potentially grow into broader recruitment responsibilities in the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sourcing efforts for highly specialized technical roles, with a strong emphasis on C++ Engineering.
  • Develop creative, multi‑channel sourcing strategies that extend far beyond LinkedIn, tapping into niche communities, events, research channels, and alternative talent markets.
  • Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with passive candidates.
  • Map global talent pools, identify emerging hotspots, and continuously refine our sourcing approach.
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to ensure alignment on profiles and search strategy.
  • Experiment with new tools, methods, and outreach formats—bringing fresh ideas to break into highly competitive talent markets.
  • Represent think‑cell at sourcing events, meetups, and conferences to expand our network.
  • Optionally support parts of the recruitment cycle (screening, candidate experience, stakeholder communication) depending on your interest and development goals.
  • Provide insights and market intelligence on talent availability, competition, and sourcing performance.
You will be great for this position if you have
  • Exceptional sourcing skills, ideally with experience engaging deep‑tech or engineering talent.
  • The creativity and resilience needed to source for crème de la crème C++ engineers, a level similar to executive search in tech.
  • Expertise in finding candidates beyond common channels, with a passion for trying new tactics, tools, and communities.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to keep refining searches even when profiles are extremely hard to find.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills in passive candidate outreach.
  • Coachability and openness to feedback from Hiring Managers and the broader hiring team.
  • A willingness to eventually expand into broader recruitment responsibilities (if desired), including managing pipelines and supporting hiring processes.
  • Based in Berlin (or willing to relocate), with openness to attending events as needed.
