Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in enterprise consulting, architecture or account management roles
• Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level client accounts and delivering large-scale cloud transformation projects
• Deep hands-on expertise in infrastructure modernization, cloud governance, IaC, network/security and integration with on-prem/SaaS
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe)
• Ability to bridge technical and business discussions, enabling strategic decision-making and value delivery
• Exceptional client relationship management, leadership and team mentoring skills
• Fluent in German and English, with outstanding communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, PMP, ScrumMaster, SAFe Practitioner) are a strong plus
• Ability to travel upon requirements

• Partner with hyperscaler ecosystems and internal delivery teams to codify best practices, reusable blueprints and accelerate delivery
• Present complex technical concepts and trade-offs to executives and engineering teams in clear language
• Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities for services, solutions and consulting engagements
• Prepare and manage detailed account plans, forecasts and roadmaps for business growth
• Mentor and lead project architects and delivery teams, fostering collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement

Senior Solution Architect
