As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of features from technical design through to release, working on applications that are used in production every day. Develop and enhance our web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core and ReactJS. Build new features and actively contribute to the modernization of our monolithic architecture towards a more modular architecture with clearly defined domain boundaries. Help shape our AI-assisted software development practices and use AI agents throughout the development lifecycle, while ensuring that architectural decisions and code reviews remain grounded in sound technical judgment. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate our release processes. Take end-to-end ownership of releases within our change management process. Ensure software quality through automated testing and code reviews. Support new team members through technical mentoring.
