Verbund Pflegehilfe sucht einen Senior Software Engineer, der mehr als Wartung will. Du übernimmst Features von der technischen Konzeption bis zur Auslieferung, arbeitest an Anwendungen, die täglich produktiv genutzt werden, und gestaltest die Architektur aktiv mit.

Wir modernisieren unsere Monolith-Architektur schrittweise zu modularen Strukturen, setzen AI-unterstützte Entwicklung ein und betreiben CI/CD-Pipelines in Azure, um releasefähige Software effizient bereitzustellen.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium/Ausbildung in Informatik.
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung mit C# / .NET Core / Entity Framework.
• Praxis in REST-APIs, MS SQL und modernen JavaScript-Technologien (React/TypeScript).
• Grundkenntnisse CI/CD, Azure DevOps und Hosting in Microsoft Azure.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) und idealerweise Deutschkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end Ownership einer Service- oder Domänenverantwortung vom Design bis zur Produktion.
• Mehrjährige professionelle Software-Entwicklung mit C#, .NET Core und EF.
• Hands-on-Erfahrung mit REST APIs, MS SQL und modernen JS-Technologien (React/TypeScript).
• Solide Kenntnisse von CI/CD, Azure DevOps und Hosting in Azure.
• Sicherer Einsatz von AI-unterstützten Entwicklungstools und technisches Urteilsvermögen.
• Abschluss eines Hochschulabschlusses oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of features from technical design through to release, working on applications that are used in production every day.

At the same time, we are tackling an exciting technical challenge: evolving our existing architecture step by step, reducing dependencies and creating clearer structures while keeping a live production system stable and reliable.

We are not looking for a Senior Engineer who simply implements predefined solutions. We want your experience to shape technical decisions, from architecture and code quality to determining which solutions will serve us best in the long term.

We are also expanding the use of AI in software development, focusing on where it can genuinely improve the quality and efficiency of our development process. This gives you the opportunity not only to work on our software, but to actively shape its technical evolution.

• Build new features and actively contribute to the modernization of our monolithic architecture towards a more modular architecture with clearly defined domain boundaries.
• Help shape our AI-assisted software development practices and useAI agents throughout the development lifecycle, while ensuring that architectural decisions and code reviews remain grounded in sound technical judgment.
• Build and optimizeCI/CD pipelines to automate our release processes.

• Completed studies / training in computer science / computer sciences
• Knowledge of communication standards in the healthcare sector e.g. FHIR / HL7
• Several years of experience with C# / .Net Core / Entity Framework
• Practical experience with REST / MS SQL / Angular JS / ReactJS / jQuery / HTML/ CSS / JavaScript / TypeScript
• Basic understanding of build processes CI/CD / Azure DevOps and hosting with Azure
• Must have: fluent English skills (B2+)
