The Role

You’ll be a backend expert who writes code to connect systems, unblock teams, and deliver elegant integrations that help products work smarter together.

What You Will Do

• Own complex problems end-to-end, from designing and building robust, scalable solutions to ensuring high standards of quality across our engineering practice.
• Integrate with and maintain a wide range of APIs and external systems, primarily in Ruby, abstracting diverse external behaviors and handling asynchronous flows, distributed state synchronization, and dynamic data validation.
• Build a new telco operating system, collaborating across organizations to integrate with existing telecom networks and develop innovative products.
• Maintain system reliability, build observability, support incident response, and contribute to support rotations for intricate external system interactions.
