GoHiring GmbH seeks a Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack to advance our enterprise marketing automation platform. You will build robust backend in C#/.NET and frontend in React/TypeScript, deploy on Azure and AWS, and drive architectural decisions with the team.

Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack (.NET/React) (all genders)

As part of our development team, you will be responsible for the further development of our enterprise software for marketing automation. With this solution, our more than 200 customers from a wide range of industries control their digital marketing campaigns at every touchpoint - automated, individualized and intelligent based on AI.

Core task / activity: Product development full-time or part-time

• Backend: C# with .NET/ .NET Core
• Frontend: React & TypeScript
• Environment: MS Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Your mission:

• You take on a leading role within the development team, mentoring colleagues, sharing your expertise, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
• You actively scout, evaluate, and champion emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices, driving innovation and shaping the strategic technical direction of our products
• You lead by example in architectural decisions and complex problem-solving, taking ownership of cross-cutting initiatives and ensuring the long-term scalability, maintainability and quality of our software solutions
• As part of our agile software development according to Scrumban, you will create complex software systems in the C# programming language on the Microsoft .NET platform and work with the latest technologies such Claude Code
• You will advance our company's capabilities in agentic coding, shaping the future of AI-driven development
• You will be responsible for everything from conception and development to integration into our system landscape, using many Azure DevOps options: version management with Git, test plans, build and release
• You will actively engage with current cloud technologies and develop cloud-based web applications with real-time requirements and enable the hosting of our web applications in MS Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• You work on framework conditions of the software development process such as design, planning, estimates and code reviews and see yourself as an advisor to the development team consisting of Product Owner, Full Stack Developers, SQA Engineers and the Helpdesk as a support team for our customers

Your profile:

• Excellent C# skills with a deep understanding of modern software design and object-oriented principles
• Strong experience with both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) database technologies
• Proven experience working with cloud platforms and developing cloud-native applications
• Solid working knowledge of Docker and container-based deployment
• Comprehensive expertise in both current .NET versions and the legacy .NET Framework, enabling you to work confidently across modern and established codebases
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot **or** OpenAI Codex
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
