How You Will Contribute

As a Sr Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining Dyno’s scientific data platform. You will drive development of the cloud infrastructure that makes it reliable, scalable, and secure. You will implement novel tooling that empowers Dyno’s scientists and external partners to work at the frontier of AI‑driven genetic medicine.

At Dyno, we believe in transparent and equitable compensation practices.

Base Salary Range: $154,084.36 – 200,309.67

This reflects the typical offer range for this role, based on experience, role scope, and internal equity. Final compensation decisions are made using a consistent leveling framework and consider the candidate’s experience, interview performance, and expected impact.
