DTS Cloud Security, part of the DTS Group, is seeking a Senior Software Developer – Node.js Architecture to shape software architecture, drive design reviews and technical planning. You will work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

You will lead code reviews, mentor engineers and guide the team on modern AI-enabled workflows, tooling and testing strategies, ensuring architectural integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

As a Senior Software Developer – Node.js (m/f/d) with a strong focus on quality assurance, you will contribute to software architecture, design reviews, and technical planning, including responsible use of AI tools such as Claude Code or similar to enhance development and testing workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, reliable, and well-tested software solutions across the development lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:

• Contribute to software architecture, design reviews, and technical planning sessions
• Use modern AI tools and AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate implementation, including code generation, refactoring and testing while maintaining architectural integrity
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the development lifecycle
• Participate in and sometimes lead code reviews and peer programming sessions
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software components
• Serve as a technical focal point for the team, acting as a Lead Developer in planning and mentoring

• Experience with version control (Git) and agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principle

• Experience mentoring other developers or leading small teams
• Strong technical leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
