Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Full‑stack Developer in Mannheim to own end‑to‑end product delivery. You will fuse frontend, backend, and infrastructure, integrate the agent core, and deploy with CI/CD and hyperscalers or Kubernetes.

AI-assisted development with Claude Code accelerates delivery, while you ensure reliability, cost discipline, and security across the stack. You’ll work autonomously, take ownership of features, and shape product and tech strategy with the founding team.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as a full‑stack developer, taking features from concept to production.
• Confident across frontend, backend and infrastructure.
• Deployment experience with hyperscalers (AWS/GCP/Azure) or Kubernetes, CI/CD, and production systems.
• Experience with agents / multi-agent systems and GenAI in real products.
• AI-assisted development using Claude Code or similar.
• Autonomous, ownership-driven, able to operate with ambiguity.
• English communication at C1; German a plus.
• Experience in legal/law-firm environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• You build our product end-to-end: from the interface lawyers trust, through the backend services to the infrastructure that runs everything
• You integrate our agent core with the product
• You translate autonomous, complex workflows into features that feel simple and secure
• You own deployment and operations: CI/CD, hyperscalers (AWS/GCP/Azure) and/or Kubernetes, and monitoring
• You code with high leverage. Using Claude Code (or your tool of choice) you bring features live quickly
• You integrate GenAI where it creates real value, with an eye on reliability, cost and quality
• You work closely with the founding team and with product, actively shaping product and tech strategy
• You ensure quality across the entire stack: tests, security and maintainability
• You proactively contribute ideas. You don’t wait for tickets; you identify where code can have the greatest business impact

Requirements

• You have several years of experience as a full‑stack developer and have independently taken features from concept to production
• You are confident across the whole stack. Frontend, backend and infrastructure are not unfamiliar territory to you
• You have deployment experience: hyperscalers (AWS/GCP/Azure) and/or Kubernetes, CI/CD and operating production systems
• You have experience with agents / multi-agent systems and integrating GenAI into real products
• You code with high leverage and speed. AI-assisted development (Claude Code or similar) is part of your everyday workflow
• You work with a high degree of autonomy. You take ownership, make decisions and see them through
• You’re comfortable solving ambiguous problems for which there is not yet a clear path
• Impact and full ownership of your project matter more to you than rigid working hours
• You communicate confidently in English (C1). German is a plus but not required
• Experience in the legal / law-firm environment is a plus
