Responsibilities:

• Organisation and management of local construction site activities for specific projects
• Monitoring and controlling the professional and complete execution of works and services in accordance with contracts and technical documentation
• Ensuring compliance with general and legal safety regulations (SGU)
• Leadership and commitment to HSE. Active support and leadership of the internal and contractor teams to implement and comply with the HSE requirements of the project
• Representing company interests in on-site customer and contractor meetings
• Conducting regular construction site meetings with the customer, representatives of the authorities and/or employees
• Preparation of site-specific guidelines and instructions

Qualifications:

• Completed engineering degree / Bachelor / Master in the field of civil engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or technician / master with a comparable background
  
• Several years of solid professional experience in international construction site management for power plants
  
• Experience in coordinating construction and assembly contracts and contract management
  
• Profound experience in health, safety and environmental management (HSE)
  
• Fluent English and good written and spoken German skills
  
• Leadership qualities and hands-on mentality
  
• Practice-oriented problem solver with strong self-motivation, dynamism, team spirit and customer orientation
