Job summary

Neural Frames is seeking a Senior SEO & GEO Manager to own organic acquisition end to end: strategy, execution, and measurement that drives signups and revenue. You will work directly with the founder, with engineers on implementation, and with our content and creator teams.

You’ll write and optimize English landing pages and oversee localization, AI-search experiments, and authority-building partnerships. This is an individual contributor role with true ownership.

Qualifications

Proven track record in organic acquisition with measurable impact on traffic, signups or revenue.
Experience running AI workflows with human touch.
Excellent English writing; capable of crafting landing pages that rank and convert.
Experience running AI-search experiments and reporting results.
Comfort with SEO tools (Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush).
Independent and proactive; can identify opportunities and execute without supervision.
Based in Berlin or willing to relocate and work in office four days a week.
Experience with international self-serve subscription or consumer SaaS is a plus.
Multilingual sites or programmatic SEO experience is a plus.
You have interest or experience in music/video creation or AI workflows.

Responsibilities

Own organic search strategy and a prioritized roadmap with business rationale.
Diagnose technical SEO on a Next.js site and implement updates.
Research search intent and build acquisition pages and free tools for musicians and creators.

Neural Frames is a leading AI music video generator, turning any song into a fully produced music video in minutes. We're bootstrapped, profitable, and generating more than $7M in annualized revenue. Our ambition is to build a category-defining company that helps tens of millions of audio creators visualize and promote their work.

Organic search has historically been our most important acquisition channel: product pages, free tools and landing pages in many languages that bring musicians and creators to us every day. It has never had a dedicated owner. At the same time, search is changing faster than at any point in the last decade, and more and more discovery happens inside AI answers on Google, ChatGPT and Perplexity.

We're looking for our first Senior SEO & GEO Manager to own organic acquisition end to end: decide what we build and why, make it genuinely useful, get it shipped, and show what it changed in signups and paying customers.

This is an individual contributor role with real ownership. You'll work directly with the founder, with our engineers on implementation, and with our content and creator team. We're looking for people with high agency and a bias to action.

Tasks

Own our organic search strategy and a prioritized roadmap: which pages, tools and fixes, in what order, and the business reason behind each
Diagnose and prioritize technical SEO on a modern Next.js site - crawling, indexing, rendering, site architecture, internal linking, canonicals, structured data, hreflang and speed - and ship - where possible - updates to it yourself with AI
Research search intent and turn it into acquisition pages and free tools that genuinely help musicians, labels and creators, and that bring them into the product
Write, edit and improve English landing pages and briefs yourself, and keep quality high across our localized pages
Expand our approach to AI search: define the prompts that matter, measure where we appear and which sources AI answers rely on, run documented experiments, and get Neural Frames into the places those answers come from
Earn relevant authority through partnerships, PR, communities and honest comparisons
Report from discovery to qualified signup and first payment, separate brand from non-brand, and be clear about what attribution can and cannot show
Run one shared SEO and GEO backlog with engineering and content, and follow every item through to launch and measurement

Requirements

You have personally owned organic acquisition and can show what your work changed in qualified traffic, signups, paying customers or revenue - including the baseline, the timeframe and your own contribution
You’re a heavy creator of AI workflows, but retain the human touch
You write excellent English and have sharp judgment about search intent. You can write a landing page that ranks and converts, not just brief one
You have run concrete AI-search experiments and can explain how you measured them, what failed, and what you're still unsure about
You're comfortable in Search Console, an SEO research tool such as Ahrefs or Semrush, and product analytics such as PostHog
You work independently: you find opportunities, prioritize them and get them done without waiting for someone to prepare the tasks
You are based in Berlin or ready to relocate, and can join us in the office at least four days per week
Organic growth experience with an international self-serve subscription, creative tool or consumer SaaS product
Product-led free tools, useful programmatic SEO, or multilingual sites
You make music or video yourself, or know AI creation workflows well
