Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an analytical professional to oversee self-pay collections and optimize billing workflows. You will partner with leadership to identify opportunities to reduce aging accounts receivable and improve patient and client experiences through data-driven strategies.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, a CRCR certification in progress (company-paid), and a solid foundation in revenue cycle concepts and Microsoft Office tools. A degree or equivalent experience is required.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 Years of work experience
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) required within 9 months of hire -Company Paid
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
