Zusammenfassung

cfab sucht einen Senior SEA Manager (m/f/d), der das SEA-Setup über Google Ads und Microsoft Ads betreut und international wächst. Du gestaltest Kampagnenstrukturen, testest neue Ansätze und arbeitest eng mit Brand-, Data- und Creative-Teams zusammen.

Du bringst 4+ Jahre SEA-Erfahrung, starke Kenntnisse in Google/Microsoft Ads sowie GTM/GC mit. Du beherrschst globale Märkte, definierst Budgets und berichtest regelmäßig an Leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ Jahre praktische SEA-Erfahrung, ideal in Fashion/D2C.
• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse von Google Ads, Microsoft Ads.
• Erfahrung mit internationalen Märkten.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Bid-Strategien, Zielgruppen-Setups, Testing.
• Erfahrung mit GA4, Looker Studio ist Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• SEA-Setup über Google Ads, Microsoft Ads eigenständig betreuen und skalieren.
• Kampagnen über internationale Märkte hinweg optimieren (DACH, NL, FR, UK, US).
• Tracking-Implementierung verbessern (GTM, Google Search Console).
• Produktfeeds über Google Merchant Center und ähnliche Tools pflegen.
• Budgets festlegen, KPIs definieren und regelmäßige Reportings liefern.

We’re looking for a Senior SEA Manager (m/f/d) to drive and scale our search performance across international markets. The role focuses on building, structuring and optimizing our SEA activities with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability and international growth. The goal is to establish efficient processes, unlock new growth potential and take ownership of one of the key performance channels.

DEIN IMPACT

• Own and scale our entire SEA setup across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and GDN campaigns across performance and branding objectives
• Continuously improve our tracking setup using Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console
• Manage and optimize product feeds through Google Merchant Center and other relevant tools
• Develop and execute international SEA strategies across markets such as DACH, NL, FR, UK and the US
• Own campaign structures, execution, testing and continuous optimization
• Develop and test creatives together with our Creative, Data and Brand teams
• Identify new growth opportunities and develop tailored approaches for our international expansion
• Define budgets, manage key performance KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership

• 4+ years of hands-on SEA experience, ideally in a fashion or D2C environment
• Strong expertise across the Google and Microsoft Ads ecosystem, especially Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube
• Proven experience scaling paid search across multiple international markets
• Strong understanding of bid strategies, audience setups, testing frameworks and creative testing
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Merchant Center
• Strong analytical mindset and a solid understanding of performance KPIs
• Experience with GA4, MMM or Looker Studio is a plus
• High level of ownership, initiative and speed of execution
• Clear and structured communication
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, German min. C1
