Job summary

IgniteSAP Resources Ltd. is seeking a Senior SAP Security Consultant (m/f/d) to shape security across complex SAP environments in Southern Germany. The role is hybrid, with options for full-time or part-time engagement.

You will design and develop SAP Security architectures across cloud and on-premise platforms, define technical security standards, and mentor junior consultants while guiding security strategy. Fluent German (C1) and English (B2+) are expected.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Security architecture, SAP Basis or technical consulting.
• Strong expertise in SAP NetWeaver ABAP/Java, SAP HANA and cloud security, including SAP BTP.
• Experience conducting security audits, compliance assessments and SAP system hardening.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and technical communication skills, ideally with project leadership experience.
• German at C1 level and English at B2 level or above, plus a relevant IT qualification.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SAP Security architectures across cloud and on-premise platforms.
• Define and improve technical security standards, controls and monitoring processes.
• Evaluate security monitoring tools, including SIEM technologies, and recommend improvements.
• Advise technical specialists and senior stakeholders on SAP Security risks and solutions.
• Coordinate technical activities and support the development of junior SAP consultants.
