Our SAP Application Managed Services (AMS) division helps customers operate their SAP environments reliably, efficiently, and in a way that’s future-proof. As a Senior SAP SD Consultant (m/f/d), you will serve as the primary point of contact for all business and technical questions related to our customers’ SAP Sales & Distribution processes. You will manage existing SAP systems during day-to-day operations, analyze requirements and issues, and develop sustainable solutions in collaboration with our clients. You will work in dedicated AMS teams that combine personalized support with scalable, international support structures.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing SAP SD processes as part of our Application Managed Services
• Analyzing and resolving incidents, problems, service requests, and change requests
• Providing business and technical consulting to our customers regarding SAP SD
• Supporting processes from order processing through delivery and shipping to invoicing
• Conducting error analyses and coordinating tests, corrections, and transports
• Working closely with key users, business units, development, SAP Basis, and other AMS teams
• Contributing to the continuous development and optimization of our SAP landscapes
• Creating solution documentation and actively sharing knowledge within the team
• Using modern tools, including AI-powered ones, to efficiently and proactively design support processes

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in SAP SD consulting
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD processes and Customizing
• Strong understanding of the integration of SAP SD with related modules such as FI, MM, PP, or EWM
• Experience in the structured analysis and resolution of incidents, problems, and changes
• Ideally, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong customer focus and the ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way
• Interest in continuous improvement as well as modern automation and AI solutions
• Very good German and good English skills
