Job summary

Sidekick-Network GmbH seeks an experienced freelance SAP CO/PS consultant. The role is primarily remote with occasional on-site work in Hanover, Germany, for a duration through Sep/Oct 2027 and up to 100% workload.

You will design and implement SAP S/4HANA CO/PS, support CO-PA, Product Costing, and Material Ledger, and ensure FI/MM/SD integration. Fiori reporting and Embedded Analytics collaboration are included.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on consulting experience in SAP CO and/or SAP PS.
• 10+ years SAP CO consulting experience for CO-focused candidates.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA expertise with functional design and customization.
• Deep knowledge of CO and/or PS processes and integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience with S/4HANA transformations, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and Embedded Analytics is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English; German language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP PS processes, including project structures, budgeting, commitment management, cost monitoring, and settlement.
• Ensure integration with FI, MM, SD, and related business processes.
• Contribute to Fiori-based reporting and Embedded Analytics with specialists.
• Prepare functional specifications, execute tests, analyze defects, and support cutover and hypercare.
• Support ongoing operations alongside project implementation activities.

Your responsibilities

Contribute to Fiori-based reporting and Embedded Analytics in collaboration with relevant specialists.

Prepare functional specifications, execute tests, analyze defects, and support cutover and hypercare.

Support ongoing operations alongside project implementation activities.

Skills

Extensive hands‑on consulting experience in SAP CO and/or SAP PS.

For CO-focused candidates, 10+ years of SAP CO consulting experience, including multiple implementation or transformation projects.

Strong SAP S/4HANA expertise, including functional design and hands‑on customizing.

Deep knowledge of relevant CO and/or PS processes and their integration with other SAP modules.

Experience with S/4HANA transformations, testing, cutover, and hypercare.

Experience with SAP Fiori and Embedded Analytics is a strong advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Fluent English; German language skills are preferred.
