projekt0708 GmbH sucht erfahrene/r SAP HCM-Consultant (m/w/d) mit tiefgreifenden ABAP/OO-Kenntnissen. Sie arbeiten an SAP HCM-Projekten, von klassischen ABAP-Entwicklungen bis zu Cloud-Integrationen (BTP) und SuccessFactors, und unterstützen neue Themen im Umfeld.

Sie arbeiten selbstständig – remote oder vor Ort beim Kunden – und kommunizieren sicher auf Englisch und Deutsch. Flexible Arbeitsbedingungen ermöglichen Remote- oder Hybrid-Arbeit.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in SAP HCM.
• Fundierte ABAP/ABAP OO-Kenntnisse im HCM-Umfeld.
• Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen wie SAP BTP, SuccessFactors oder moderne Schnittstellen einzuarbeiten.

Aufgaben

• Technische Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Anforderungen in SAP HCM (on‑premise und Hybrid).
• Durchführung von SAP HCM-Projekten mit Fokus auf Integrationen und Erweiterungen.
• Arbeiten an Cloud-Integrationen und modernen Schnittstellen sowie Support neuer Themen.
