Overview

To strengthen our SAP Competence Center, we are looking for a Senior SAP FI/CO Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) full-time or part-time. The mission of the SAP Competence Center is to continuously develop and improve our SAP solutions. The team focuses on providing our colleagues from various departments with a high-performing and secure platform to support business processes.

Your Responsibilities

• You independently manage within the financial environment, specifically in the areas of Controlling, Contract Accounts, General Ledger, and Accounts Payable
• You are responsible for the comprehensive execution of projects and change requests, including effort estimation, solution design, implementation, documentation, testing, and go-live support
• You process incidents, service requests, and inquiries from business units, as well as proactively monitor and maintain the system
• You collaborate across modules within the SAP Competence Center and work closely with internal stakeholders
• You provide expert advice and support in designing and optimizing business processes in Finance with a focus on Controlling

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP FI/CO, with a strong focus on process integration with SD and MM, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector
• Hands-on experience with the SAP S/4HANA for Retail industry solution
• In-depth knowledge of finance and controlling business processes within the S/4HANA environment
• Proficiency in creating Controlling reports
• Comprehensive understanding of standard SAP processes and their implementation (FI/CO), as well as cross-functional knowledge of adjacent modules (e.g., SD, MM)
• An affinity for and strong interest in using AI skills to optimize consulting activities
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a significant plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
