Deutsche Börse Group in Leipzig is seeking a (Senior) Sales Operations Manager (f/m/d) for Market Data Services to bridge customers, sales and product teams, promoting EEX DataSource products and driving process improvements.

You will own customer communications, support marketing and sales activities, identify automation opportunities with no-code/low-code solutions, and ensure a professional market presence across Europe, with flexible mobile working arrangements in Germany and abroad.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Initial experience in sales, customer support, business operations, or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Interest in digital solutions as well as no-code and low-code technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving processes and sharing knowledge.
• Motivation to automate recurring tasks and drive operational efficiency.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new topics and technologies.
• Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style combined with a strong understanding of the bigger picture.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and stay organized in a dynamic environment with changing demands.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• An international mindset and a customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering value through digital products and services.

As a Sales Operations Manager (f/m/d) in our Market Data Services team, you will play a key role in managing and promoting our EEX DataSource products and services. Acting as a central interface between customers, sales, and product teams, you will help ensure an outstanding customer experience while contributing to the further growth of our market data business. Your responsibilities will include managing customer communication, supporting marketing and sales activities, and ensuring a consistent and professional market presence for our products. You will also contribute to first-level customer support, helping clients get the most out of our data solutions and acting as a trusted point of contact for inquiries and feedback. In addition, you will identify opportunities for product and process improvements, helping to transform customer insights into new business opportunities. Regulatory requirements and related documentation will also form part of your responsibilities. A particular focus of this role lies in driving efficiency through automation, digitalization, and the use of innovative no-code and low-code solutions. Based in Leipzig, you will work in an international environment with colleagues and customers from across Europe and beyond.
