Your responsibilities

  1. You will be the first sales associate in this location, working independently at first.
  2. We’re looking for someone autonomous and self-driven, able to operate confidently without a local team in place.
  3. Representing our client by greeting customers, explaining the products and financing options, and walking them through timelines and expectations.
  4. Achieving your sales targets to meet conversion goals while providing first-class patient care to ensure every customer is delighted with their treatment start date.
  5. Meeting or exceeding your monthly KPIs.
  6. Handling patient concerns or issues in collaboration with the clinic or head office teams as required.
  7. Building genuine relationships with clients to build trust.
  8. Responding to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Following up on potential clients and maintaining a pipeline for future opportunities.
  10. Staying self-motivated with a hunger for success.
  11. At least 3 years' experience in a sales role.
  12. Work experience in industries such as automotive, dental, insurance, or education is highly valuable.
  13. Confident presentation of products and the ability to answer customer questions and concerns.
  14. Bilingual English/German language skills.
