Zusammenfassung

Siemens AG, through Siemens Financial Services, seeks a senior professional to assess and monitor Leverage Finance transactions, support structuring and evaluation, coordinate legal and commercial aspects, and prepare credit approvals. You will model cash flows, negotiate documentation, and present to committees.

You will lead negotiations with syndication partners and customers, coordinate with internal and external advisers, and engage with Board-level clients in a high‑tempo, results‑driven

Qualifikationen

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
  • Extensive 5+ years in Leveraged Finance Risk Management/Credit.
  • Strong knowledge of syndicated and mid-market structured transactions.
  • Experience in Leverage Finance and Cash Flow Lending.
  • Experience in workouts and restructurings is a plus.
  • Excellent collaboration across functions and with international partners.

This role focuses on assessing and monitoring Leverage Finance transactions, supporting structuring and evaluation, coordinating legal and commercial aspects, preparing credit approvals, financial modelling, and performing lending authority. It also involves leading negotiations and representing SFS in various financial discussions.

What are my responsibilities?
  • Responsible for the risk assessment and monitoring of Leverage Finance transactions; support of Origination in structuring and assessing Leverage Finance transactions; co-ordination of all commercial and legal aspects of individual transactions- Preparation of credit approval papers and presentation of cases to the SFS and/or Siemens Bank Credit Committee- Structuring of Leverage Finance transactions (including negotiation of documentation)- Financial modelling and sensitivity analysis- Executing lending and signatory authority within the framework of 4-eyes-principle- Support of Origination in the negotiations and co-ordination of involved parties (internal and external legal services, tax services, etc.)- Lead negotiations with syndication partners, sponsors and customers in corporate restructurings, waiver requests, consents and contract changes; represent SFS at syndicate bank meetings

Education:

You have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent field-

Experiences and Skills:
  • Extensive work experience (a minimum of 5 years) in a Leveraged Finance Risk Management/Credit role
  • Strong knowledge of syndicated and mid-market structured transactions
  • Essential experience in Leverage Finance and Cash Flow Lending
  • Beneficial experience in work-outs and restructurings
  • Sound judgment as a crucial criterion
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment
  • Proven track record to work across functions, build rapport, and coordinate with diverse business partners, including international colleagues and partners
  • Confidence in collaborating closely with Board-level clients, external advisers, and business introducers
  • Key technical experiences in Risk Analysis, Rating and Credit Analysis, Financial Modelling, Asset Management, Documentation and Legal, Pricing, Risk Management processes, and proficiency with risk tools and systems
