Zusammenfassung

Aristo Group in München is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to drive the sustainable development and expansion of our Life Science division in your area.

You will act as the link between clients and candidates, plan your business independently, grow your network, and negotiate contracts with agility.

Fluent German and English, with at least two years in recruitment or sales, and a track record of success, will help you excel in our dynamic, owner-managed environment.

Your mission

• You will be responsible for the sustainable operational and strategic development and expansion of our Life Science division within your area.


• As a Recruitment Consultant in 360° Recruitment, you will serve as the link between clients and candidates.


• You will plan your business independently and set yourself ambitious goals.


• By consistently nurturing your network, you will expand your own candidate portfolio and acquire new clients.


• Your strong communication skills will help you build lasting relationships with existing clients.


• You will lead by example through your own performance and make a significant contribution to your team’s revenue.


• You will independently negotiate contracts with your clients and candidates.

Your profile

• You have at least two years of experience in the recruitment industry or several years of relevant sales experience.


• You have a proven track record of success in sales and are motivated to build and grow your business with us.


• Ideally, you have already gained initial leadership experience.

• You have a completed university degree, vocational training with professional experience, or an equivalent qualification.


• You are fluent in German and English and have strong negotiation skills.
