Aristo Group in Munich is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant and Recruiter who connects clients with top Life Science talent. You will win new clients through initial outreach, present candidates, and guide interviews by phone or video.

You’ll develop Life Science market expertise for the DACH region, grow your candidate network, and maintain long-term relationships with national and international decision-makers, supported by modern tools and AI.

Qualifikationen

• You have completed a university degree, vocational training with initial professional experience, or an equivalent qualification.
• You have initial experience in sales or another field involving intensive client contact.

Your mission

• 360° Recruitment: You will be both a Sales Consultant and Recruiter – the central link between clients and candidates. On the sales side, you will acquire new clients through initial telephone outreach and inspire them to work with Aristo and use our services. On the recruiting side, you will identify the right talent, present candidates to your clients, conduct interviews by phone or video, and remain their dedicated point of contact even after a successful placement.
• You will quickly become the go-to expert for your own market within the Life Science field and independently build your industry expertise – supported by modern tools and AI that free you up to focus on what really matters: people.
• You will build your own candidate network, continuously connect with skilled professionals and executives – both online and in person – and stay up to date with the latest industry developments.
• You will communicate with decision-makers at national and international companies as a peer – with the clear goal of building long-term, collaborative client relationships.

Your profile
