yoummday is hiring a (Senior) Recruiting Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across departments from Munich headquarters. You will own the process end to end, partner with hiring managers including at senior levels, and contribute to employer branding and data-driven improvements.

The role offers a flexible hybrid work model from our modern, dog-friendly offices with additional EU workation opportunities.

As (Senior) Recruiting Partner (m/f/d), you take full ownership of your roles and guide our future Daymakers through the entire recruiting lifecycle across all departments and levels, from entry-level positions to C-level. You combine hands‑on recruiting expertise with sound judgment.

Recruiting is at the core of this role. Beyond day-to-day hiring, you contribute focused ideas to improve our selection processes, data foundation and tools. Employer branding is the medium‑term development path that we will build together.

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: You manage your hiring processes independently across all departments and locations, from the briefing session and channel strategy through screening and interviews to offer close. You use active sourcing selectively where it has the greatest impact for the role.
• Hiring Manager Partnership & Quality of Hire: You advise hiring managers as an equal partner, including at C-level and VP-level, translate business needs into precise role profiles and challenge expectations constructively. Based on structured interviews, you provide well‑foundated recommendations for the best professional and personal fit.
• Funnel, Data & Candidate Journey: You keep your pipeline and our ATS up to date, create an engaging candidate journey and use relevant metrics to provide transparency across your processes.
• Employer Branding (Your Development Path): You see employer branding as a genuine recruiting lever, are excited to represent our brand on LinkedIn and help us grow this area as your responsibility develops. Previous experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

• Recruiting Experience & Hands-on Mindset: You have several years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience in a demanding hiring environment, have managed your processes independently and have consistently closed roles.
• Judgment & Interview Quality: You assess profiles with nuance, conduct structured, competency-based interviews and have a strong sense of who will truly fit the role, the team and our culture.
• Ownership & Stakeholder Management: You work independently and reliably, make clear decisions and challenge different stakeholders constructively while keeping the shared goal in focus.
• Communication: You communicate fluently in German and English, with clarity and an approach tailored to your audience, building trust along the way.
