Senior React Native Developer (m/f/x) | hybrid

Join us at fleetster, a SaaS company based in Munich providing smart solutions for global fleets and car‑sharers. Our product core is a sophisticated software platform with over 100,000 users in 9 languages across 28 countries.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and maintain new features and functionalities for our mobile applications as part of our international implementation team.
• Optimize the performance and responsiveness of the React Native app across iOS and Android platforms.
• Work on the architecture of the mobile app, introducing new tools and frameworks to improve scalability and maintainability.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve bugs and issues reported by users or the support team.
• Deploy and maintain the app in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.

Requirements

• 5 years of professional / hands‑on development experience (specific experience in B2B, SaaS and fleet management is a strong plus).
• 3 years+ mobile experience (React Native).
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Experience in our tech stack (see below for context).
