Kent PLC is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Maidstone, Kent. The role offers hybrid working and a focus on high-quality QS deliverables across varied schemes up to £50m. You will manage projects end-to-end, mentor juniors, and contribute to a dynamic consultancy team.

The successful candidate will have a Quantity Surveying degree and 5+ years of experience in a PQS/consultancy setting, with excellent communication and a strong collaborative approach.

• Able to run your own projects, pre and post contract.

Job Description

A modern, Kent-based Quantity Surveying consultancy are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor as part of the company's growth plans.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an award-winning Quantity Surveying team who carry out a full Quantity Surveying role from inception through to completion, focusing on the quality of the work.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will work through all stages of the project lifecycle on a mixture of residential, education, commercial, and leisure schemes up to £50m.

Requirements

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
• Able to run your own projects, pre and post contractExcellent communication skills
• Open and willing to mentor junior Quantity Surveyors in the team
