ALTEN Consulting Services GmbH is seeking a skilled Python backend developer to design and build scalable backend services for AI-powered procurement applications. You will create REST APIs, integrate with frontend, cloud, and AI systems, and develop data pipelines for modern AI workloads.

The role requires several years of Python backend experience with FastAPI or Flask, plus proficiency in PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and clean architecture.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a degree in CS/SE/IT or equivalent.
• Several years of Python backend development experience with FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience building production-grade backend apps, scalable APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Clean Architecture, and modern engineering practices.
• Nice to have exposure to AI technologies (LLM, RAG, LangChain)
• Fluent English communications.
