Zusammenfassung

Arineo Group in Munich seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ERP implementations, plan projects, and deliver them using agile methodologies.

You will be the primary contact for clients and for internal and external teams, coordinating stakeholders and structuring projects to fit each client’s situation. The role also focuses on building long-term client relationships and driving AI-enabled improvements in PM.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years’ experience as a project manager for ERP systems or complex software projects.
• Proven ability to manage multi-year projects and long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of an agile project methodology.
• Strong communication and solution-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes.
• Very good German and good English.

Your mission

• Leading, planning and managing ERP projects using agile methodologies
• Acting as the first point of contact for our clients and for internal and external team members
• Building trusting, long-term relationships with our national and international clients
• Coordinating various stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Structuring projects in line with the requirements of each client’s specific situation and across the various project phases
• Co-ordinating and facilitating meetings and workshops, both on-site and online
• Risk and conflict management, as well as change management
• Budget and progress monitoring
• Implementation, further development and active promotion of AI in project management and the project delivery process

Your profile

• At least 5 years’ experience as a project manager in the implementation of ERP systems or complex software projects – ideally on the service provider side
• Proven experience in leading projects spanning several years and managing long-term client relationships
• Knowledge of an agile project methodology
• A confident and assured manner, as well as strong communication skills
• A solution- and service-oriented approach to work
• Experience in organising, steering and facilitating complex and politically sensitive project situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and in-depth knowledge of project planning software
• Very good command of German and good command of English
• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes
• Openness to innovation and the use of new methods and tools in project management (particularly AI)

Desirable

• Project management certification (GPMA, PMI, etc.) or certification in an agile project methodology (e.g. Scrum)
• Knowledge of Microsoft D365FO and Azure DevOps
• Experience as a trainer and/or facilitator
