Zusammenfassung

Arineo Group in Düsseldorf is seeking an experienced ERP project manager to lead and deliver complex ERP and software initiatives. You will guide projects from inception through deployment, using agile methods and strong stakeholder management.

You will build long-term relationships with national and international clients, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while promoting AI-enhanced project management.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of ERP or complex software project PM experience.
• Proven multi-year project leadership with long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of an agile project methodology.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, assured demeanor.
• Solution- and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to steer and facilitate complex, politically sensitive situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project planning software.

Your mission

• Leading, planning and managing ERP projects using agile methodologies
• Acting as the first point of contact for our clients and for internal and external team members

Your profile

• At least 5 years’ experience as a project manager in the implementation of ERP systems or complex software projects – ideally on the service provider side
• Proven experience in leading projects spanning several years and managing long-term client relationships
• Knowledge of an agile project methodology
• A confident and assured manner, as well as strong communication skills
• A solution- and service-oriented approach to work
• Experience in organising, steering and facilitating complex and politically sensitive project situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and in-depth knowledge of project planning software
• Very good command of German and good command of English
• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes
• Openness to innovation and the use of new methods and tools in project management (particularly AI)

Desirable

• Project management certification (GPMA, PMI, etc.) or certification in an agile project methodology (e.g. Scrum)
• Knowledge of Microsoft D365FO and Azure DevOps
• Experience as a trainer and/or facilitator
