Zusammenfassung

Evonik is seeking a skilled project manager to lead Hochbau-, Tiefbau- and Industriebau projects in the chemical sector. You will oversee engineers and stakeholders, ensuring cost-efficient planning and timely, high-quality delivery.

The role requires a degree in architecture or engineering and at least 5 years in project leadership, with familiarity in HOAI, MS-Project, SAP and CAD. This position emphasizes collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level degree in architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project leadership, planning and execution of complex construction projects (Hochbau, Tiefbau, Industrie.
• Strong knowledge of technical codes and standards including building law, contracts, high/low construction.
• Construction document approval is desirable; proficiency with MS-Project, SAP, AVA software, CAD.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Abwicklung von Hochbau-, Tiefbau- und Industriebauprojekten in der chemischen Industrie
• Übernahme der Projektmanager-Funktion inkl. Steuerung der ingenieurtechnischen Bearbeitung sämtlicher Fachplaner und Projektbeteiligten
• Sicherstellung von wirtschaftlich optimierten Planungs- und Bauleistungen
• Kontrolle von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitäten
• Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung unterschiedlicher Gewerke in sämtlichen Leistungsphasen (HOAI)
• Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Betrieben, Stabsstellen und externen Planungsbüros sowie ausführenden Firmen
• Weiterentwicklung der Planungs- und Bauprozesse im Verbund eines integrierten Systemdienstleisters
• Zielgerichtete Teilnahme an internen und externen Fortbildungsmaßnahmen zur sowohl fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterbildung Anforderungen

Anforderungen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur, des Bauingenieurwesens oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens mit baulicher Fachausrichtung
• Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung, Planung sowie Durchführung von komplexen Hochbau-, Tiefbau- und Industriebauprojekten
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in den technischen Normen und Regelwerken, insbesondere Baurecht, Bauvertragsrecht, Hoch-, Tief-, Straßen- und allg. Ingenieurbau
• Bauvorlagenberechtigung wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse in MS-Project, SAP, AVA-Software, CAD
• Hohes Maß an Kommunikations-, Kooperations- und Innovationsfähigkeit
