Infosys is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead SAP Test Management in Germany. You will own end-to-end testing governance for SAP S/4HANA Greenfield projects and define the overall test strategy, plans and quality gates.

You will design and maintain Tosca-based automation, coordinate SIT/UAT and cutover activities, and drive KPI reporting. German language is preferred.

• Strong Tricentis Tosca automation expertise.

Your Role

• Lead the end-to-end testing strategy and governance for SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation across all project phases.
• Define the test approach, test plan, entry/exit criteria, schedule, scope, and quality gates aligned with SAP Activate methodology.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites using Tricentis Tosca for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end business process testing.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and cutover testing across business, functional, technical, and integration teams.
• Manage test scenarios, test data, defect lifecycle, and reporting using SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Jira, or equivalent tools.
• Ensure coverage of SAP integrations, interfaces, Fiori applications, custom developments, security roles, and data migration validation.
• Track testing KPIs, defect trends, risks, and provide regular status reporting to project leadership and steering committees.
• Mentor testing teams on SAP testing best practices, Tosca automation standards, and continuous testing processes.
• Collaborate with functional leads, developers, Basis, security, and business users to resolve defects and ensure release readiness.

Required

• 10+ years in SAP testing, 1+ S/4HANA implementations, strong Tricentis Tosca automation expertise, SAP Activate knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and experience in Agile/Waterfall delivery models.
