Fluence is seeking a Project Manager to lead international battery storage projects, with a primary focus on Germany, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.

You will manage all project phases from planning and stakeholder engagement to commissioning and compliance, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in EPC/plant projects, a Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and fluency in German and English.

• Strong technical and commercial acumen with a focus on deadlines and budgets.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to collaborate across all management levels.
