WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Actively shape change : You will take charge of and implement strategic transformation projects that

connect different areas of the company. You will further develop operational

strategies and support management decisions from the initial idea to

implementation.

Be a sparring partner on equal footing : As an in-house consultant, you will advise management and specialist

departments. You will question, inspire and find solutions together with your

contacts.

Connect people and skills : You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams and involve external partners in a

targeted manner. In doing so, you will ensure smooth cooperation, clear

communication and a common understanding of goals and successes.

Take responsibility with foresight : You keep an eye on budgets, schedules and KPIs and ensure that projects deliver

measurable results.

Optimise and integrate : You seamlessly integrate new service providers into existing structures and

continuously develop processes in an efficient manner.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Your background : You have a

degree in business administration, supply chain management or a similar field,

or you have extensive practical experience that has prepared you well for this

role.

Your strengths : You have

several years of experience in project management or consulting and know how to

manage complex projects in a structured and goal-oriented manner. You always

maintain an overview of all interfaces and are confident in communicating with

different stakeholders.

Bour profile : You have an

analytical and solution-oriented approach, think in a networked manner and

enjoy working with digital tools such as MS Office, Jira or Confluence. Your

strong communication skills and fluent German and English help you to implement

projects confidently and successfully.
