Zusammenfassung

An international provider for the semiconductor industry is seeking a Project Manager HCM Implementation in Böblingen. The role includes developing project charters, managing global data migration, and ensuring UAT and go-live readiness. Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or Engineering, with proven experience in global HR system implementations. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of German or Japanese is a plus.

  • Strong hands-on experience with data migration, UAT and go-live of payroll-relevant systems.

  • Planning and execution of global data migration activities.
  • Management of UAT, cut-over planning and go-live readiness.
  • Close coordination with Payroll, HR, IT and external vendors.
  • Communication, change and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.

Your tasks:
  • Development of project charter and business case (value, risk mitigation, ROI)
  • Planning and execution of global data migration activities
  • Management of UAT, cut-over planning and go-live readiness
  • Close coordination with Payroll, HR, IT and external vendors
  • Risk, dependency and issue management with focus on business continuity
  • Communication, change and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Stabilization phase management and validation of project success for final sign-off
Your profile:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, Engineering or comparable
  • Proven experience as Project Manager in global HCM / HR system implementations
  • Strong hands-on experience with data migration, UAT and go-live of payroll-relevant systems
  • Excellent stakeholder, risk and dependency management skills
  • Strong planning and organizational capabilities
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); German or Japanese is a plus
  • Project management and change management expertise (e.g. Prince2, ADKAR)
  • Self-starter with analytical mindset and ability to work in complex global environments
