Linesight is seeking a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead data centre projects onsite in Germany. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, and drive progress to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

You will implement project procedures, lead critical meetings, and proactively address issues while maintaining strong client relationships. Fluency in German and English and a PM certification are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing data centre projects.
• PM certification or pursuing one.
• Degree or comparable experience in PM or construction.
• Detail oriented and quality minded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Ability to build strong client and team relationships.

• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement.
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively.
• Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions.
• Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners.
• Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed.
