Advantest in Böblingen sucht eine/n Projektmanager/in zur Planung, Steuerung und dem Abschluss internationaler Projekte im Hightech-Umfeld. Sie arbeiten nach unserem Process Life Cycle und koordinieren interne sowie externe Stakeholder, Risiken und Ergebnisse.

Sie berichten transparent, fördern Verbesserungen und sichern eine vollständige Projektdokumentation. Die Position bietet flexible Arbeitszeiten, Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, Fitnessangebote und eine wettbewerbsfähige Vergütung.

Qualifikationen

• Starke Führungs- und Teammanagement-Fähigkeiten.
• Ausgeprägte Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeiten.
• 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im internationalen Projektmanagement.
• Fließend Englisch und Deutsch (C‑Level).
• PM‑Methodenkenntnisse; PMP, IPMA oder ähnliche Zertifizierung bevorzugt.

Aufgaben

• Planen, Ausführen und Abschließen von Projekten gemäß Zeitplan, Umfang und Budget.
• Koordination mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
• Management von Risiken und Issues.
• Sicherstellen, dass Projektdokumentation vollständig ist.
• Beiträge zu Verbesserungen und entsprechende Berichterstattung.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines, scope and budget following our Process Life Cycle


• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders


• Manage project risks and issues


• Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate


• Contribute to improvements and provide respective reporting

Your Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities


• 3-5 years of experience in project management in an international project set-up


• proficient in Englisch and German (C-level)


• Proficient in project management methodologies; PMP, IPMA or similar certification preferred
