RemoteLeads in Germany seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large, multi-faceted pharmaceutical advertising campaign, coordinate a team of PMs, and collaborate with agency partners to plan resources and budgets.

You will forecast, develop timelines, and keep projects on time and within budget while communicating across departments. The role offers hybrid/remote work arrangements with opportunities for international collaboration and travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency is required.
• Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions is required.
• Experience developing timelines and managing budgets is required.
• PC and Microsoft Office Suite experience is required.
• Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects and/or multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing team members or project managers is required.
• High attention to detail and tactful, assertive communication style are preferred.

• Provide performance input for employees across departments and perform other assigned duties.
