Job summary

IFT GmbH in Berlin sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Tragwerksplaner/in zur Bearbeitung statischer Berechnungen und Bauüberwachung in kleinen bis mittleren Projekten. Sie arbeiten eng mit Architekten, Auftraggebern und Bauunternehmen zusammen und koordinieren Meetings sowie Baustellenbesuche.

Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, ausgezeichnete räumliche Vorstellungskraft und beherrschen FE/ CAD-Software. Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt, sowie Teamfähigkeit und

Qualifications

• Sie haben ein Studium im Bauingenieurwesen erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
• Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Umgebung.
• Sie führen Ingenieure, Kunden, Projektbeteiligte und Behörden sicher.
• Sie besitzen gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist.
• Sie haben ausgezeichnete räumliche Vorstellungskraft.
• Sie beherrschen gängige Software (FEA/CAD).

Responsibilities

• Erstellung statischer Berechnungen für kleine bis mittelgroße Bauprojekte.
• Prüfung der Tragwerksunterlagen.
• Bauüberwachung im Rahmen der Prüfprozesse durchführen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen technischen Fachrichtungen innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens.
• Kommunikation mit Architekturbüros, Auftraggebern und Bauunternehmern.
• Mitwirkung bzw. Organisation von Projektbesprechungen und Baustellenterminen.

• Preparation of static calculations for small and medium-sized construction projects
• Inspection of structural documentation
• Conducting construction supervision as part of the inspection process
• Close collaboration with other technical disciplines both within and outside our company
• Communication with architectural firms, clients, and contractors
• Participation in or organization of project meetings and site visits

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in structural engineering
• You have several years of professional experience in a comparable environment
• You‘re experienced in managing engineers, clients, project stakeholders, and authorities
• You have strong communication skills and you‘re a team player
• You have an excellent spatial visualization
• You are proficient in common software applications (e.g., Finite Element and CAD programs)
• You have a very good command of German and English
• You are willing to take on responsibility
