Staffbase is seeking a Product Security engineer to strengthen our security automation and product security pipelines in a fast-growing global SaaS environment.

You will proactively explore AI-driven vulnerability detection, contribute to secure development practices, and collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to deliver resilient software.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in security topics including vulnerability management and secure SDLC.
• Hands-on knowledge of Unix and Kubernetes infrastructure, preferably using Terraform and Kustomize.
• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).

• Maintain our outbound e-mail security by regularly reviewing the related metrics.
• Maintain our Web Application Firewall ruleset.

What you’ll be doing

• Take ownership of tasks that improve our security automation and strengthen our product security pipelines

What you need to be successful

• Practical knowledge of security topics (e.g. penetration testing, secure software development, vulnerability management, SAST, DAST)
• Practical knowledge of Unix and Kubernetes infrastructure, preferably managed via Terraform and Kustomize
• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
