Capgemini is seeking a Senior Product Owner – Agentic AI to lead vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI-powered offerings. You will translate business requirements into features, drive MVPs, coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and data teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will apply knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and guardrails to shape capabilities, monitor success metrics, and ensure governance, security, and privacy compliance across platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience as a Product Owner/PM delivering technology products.
• Proven experience developing Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of LLM technologies including RAG, embeddings, AI agents, tool calling, prompts and guardrails.
• Experience with Agile delivery and product backlog management.
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud architectures, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience in client-facing consulting is desirable.
