Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, you’ll define ideal customer profiles, guide product pitch narratives, and ensure our offerings stay ahead in a competitive landscape. Responsibilities

• Centralize how our solutions map to the needs of assigned customer segments
• Establish and run regular processes to gather market feedback on the competitiveness of our offering
• Synthesize and relay vetted, market‑sized feedback to service and product teams
• Orchestrate segment‑specific go‑to‑market plans to drive full adoption across the customer base
• Develop solution sales collateral and deliver ongoing training for market‑facing teams
