EVENTIM, a leading European ticketing platform, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner/Manager to shape the pre-checkout webshop journey. You will partner with UX, Engineering and cross-border stakeholders to drive measurable customer and business impact.

The role focuses on vision, prioritization, and data-driven decision making within an agile environment, supporting engagement and conversion across 25 countries.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as a Senior Product Owner or Senior Product Manager in digital product development, preferably in e-commerce, consumer platforms or ticketing.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering, UX and international business stakeholders to develop user-centric, commercially impactful solutions.
• Excellent ability to define solution options and specify clear, testable requirements for cross-functional teams.
• Experience in agile delivery environments and handling complex prioritization and stakeholder landscapes.
• Strong communication skills to distill complex topics into clear narratives.
• Fluent in English.

• Act as a product leader for WEB Foundation & Enablement, owning and evolving core blocks of the pre-checkout webshop journey.
• Define a clear vision for the pre-checkout experience and translate it into roadmaps, flows and hypotheses.
• Collaborate with UX and Engineering to deliver scalable, reliable solutions and align with Search, Personalisation, Ticket Selection and Checkout teams.
• Guide development teams in agile delivery with priority setting and delivery support.

Join our international Product Management organization and help us shape the webshop experience of Europe's leading ticketing platform. Our solutions are used across 25 countries in a fully device-agnostic way, enabling more than 300 million ticket purchases every year. In collaboration with other agile, cross-functional teams, you will develop a platform used daily by millions of fans. As part of WEB Foundation & Enablement, you will own the direction and development of cross-cutting elements of the pre-checkout webshop journey and help create measurable customer and business impact.

What to expect:

• Act as a product leader for WEB Foundation & Enablement, owning and evolving the core building blocks of the pre-checkout webshop journey - including navigation, queues, permissions and favourites - to create a coherent, trusted and commercially effective customer experience.
• Define a clear vision for the pre-checkout webshop experience, identify customer problems and business opportunities, and translate them into value-driven roadmaps, user flows and testable hypotheses.
• Collaborate proactively with UX to create intuitive webshop experiences and with Engineering to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. Work closely with the teams responsible for Search, Personalisation, Ticket Selection and Checkout to align dependencies and create a coherent end-to-end journey.
• Guide development teams in an agile setup, providing product direction, prioritisation and delivery support while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes such as engagement, purchase intent and downstream conversion.
• Apply data-driven decision-making, combining quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize outcomes, validate hypotheses, and measure product success.

What you'll need:

• Several years of professional experience as a Senior Product Owner or Senior Product Manager in digital product development, ideally in e-commerce, consumer platforms or ticketing.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate confidently with Engineering, UX, and (international) business stakeholders to develop user-centric and commercially impactful solutions.
• Excellent ability to understand customer problems to define solution options and specify requirements clearly - structured, testable, and easy for cross-functional teams to understand.
• Experienced in agile delivery environments and comfortable handling complex prioritization, iterative product work and stakeholder landscapes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex product or technical topics into clear, audience-appropriate narratives.
• Fluent in English.
