UTA Edenred in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt is seeking a Product Manager (all genders) to own the vision and roadmap for European transactions, invoicing, and pricing solutions within the Digital Factory division. The role demands strong agile product management skills and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with Engineering, Finance, Customer Excellence and Sales, conduct market research, and lead product lifecycle from ideation to release, while traveling quarterly for PI Planning

full-time position in our Division Digital Factory in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.

• Contribute to the product vision and strategy for our European transactions, invoicing, and pricing solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Design and manage the Tribe’s product roadmap, owning the full product lifecycle from ideation to release and iteration
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, Customer Excellence, Sales) to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient product solutions
• Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and ensure products meet user and customer needs
• Monitor results through data analysis and user feedback, communicate milestones across the organization, and foster collaboration within the cross-European product organization

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology with proven product management experience in innovative, tech-driven environments
• Strong proficiency in agile product management, product strategy, prioritization, go-to-market practices, and tools such as Atlassian Suite, Figma, Jira, and Confluence
• Strong technical skills with demonstrated experience in systems integration and ability to comprehend technical documentation, specifications, and architecture diagrams
• Demonstrated ability to manage products across the lifecycle with strategic thinking, product discovery, design, and replatforming experience
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a positive, hands-on mindset and readiness for transformation
• Data-driven mindset, agile way of working, readiness for Transformation
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English is required; German, French, or other European languages are a strong advantage
• Availability for quarterly international travel for PI Planning workshops
