SumUp is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the merchant-facing SuperApp end to end from its Berlin office. You will drive activation, upsell, cross-sell and retention strategies to improve engagement and long-term merchant value.

You will partner with design and data teams and coordinate with engineering, design and commercial teams to turn merchant insights into a clear roadmap for scalable impact globally.

The Engagement tribe sits at the heart of SumUp's merchant experience, responsible for the product surfaces that 4.3 million business owners interact with every day. As our Senior Product Manager, you'll own the merchant-facing SuperApp end to end, the surface the wider product organisation depends on to build and ship effectively. • Own the product strategy to make SumUp's SuperApp the most indispensable tools for merchants running a small business globally
• Partner closely with design and data teams, and act as the main point of contact for stakeholders across the business who rely on the SuperApp to reach merchants
• Build strong working relationships across engineering, design, and commercial teams to align priorities and turn merchant insight into a clear roadmap

You'll be great for this role if:

• Proven track record as a Senior contributor driving measurable outcomes across engagement, retention, and monetisation
• Deep expertise in product discovery, prioritisation, and outcome-driven delivery, with the ability to work fluently with both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions
• Strong visual and UX judgement, with experience leading customer research and giving clear, constructive feedback to design teams
• Comfortable managing stakeholders across design, engineering, and commercial teams to align priorities and drive alignment on roadmap decisions
