Zusammenfassung

ablefy is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the member experience across Creator Suite — community, courses, and memberships in one product. This role emphasizes judgment-led decision making, with decisions backed by data and direct user insights.

You’ll influence go-to-market, revenue impact, and product KPIs in a fast, AI-first environment. You’ll work closely with creators and their members, and collaborate with design, marketing, sales, and support to drive adoption and retention.

Qualifikationen

  • 5+ years in product management on customer-facing products (B2C, B2B SaaS, or platform), including one you owned end to end — from an early version to a measurable result.
  • Shaped a product strategy from market, competitor, and customer evidence, and won backing for it.
  • Led a cross-functional team through several planning cycles: goals set, delivery predictable, launches landing as adoption.
  • Shipped a feature whose output you couldn't fully predict — an LLM feature, a recommender, ranking, matching — and owned its quality bar.
  • At home in the data and in front of customers: the metric defined before the build, funnel and cohort numbers pulled yourself, interviews and tests run yourself.
  • Connected product decisions to revenue: conversion, upsell, packaging, retention.

Aufgaben

  • Set the direction for the member experience — who we serve, how we're different, what we build in which order.
  • Stay in direct contact with creators and their members — calls, tickets, session recordings — and turn what you hear into specific product changes.
  • Lead the go-to-market discussion for what you ship — positioning, packaging, and launch, with marketing, sales, and support aligned before release.
  • Manage stakeholders across the company: bring leadership into the strategy early, and keep everyone who touches the product current on what's changing and why.
  • Own community and engagement: feed, rooms, notifications, mobile, member onboarding.
  • Own courses, membership, and access as one product — content, community, and buying working together.
  • Hold the quality bar for our AI features and the agents that follow.
  • Decide what gets rebuilt, what gets replaced by something that wasn't possible before, and what shouldn't exist anymore.
  • Run discovery through prototypes, live tests, and betas — the result decides, not the loudest view.
  • Own prioritisation, the no's with a reason behind them, and the product KPIs for this area.

Today we're the #1 platform for coaches and creators in the DACH region — and we're not slowing down. That's where you come in.

Our mission; to build software that empowers everyone to start, run and grow a successful digital business - borderless, is supported by our high performance principles that are crucial to our success:

  • Radical Collaboration
  • Constructive confrontation
  • Evolving expertise
  • Empathetic leadership
About the role

You'll own the member experience across our Creator Suite: community, courses, and memberships in one product — everything a creator's members see, from the moment they buy to the reason they stay and retain.

This is a judgment-led role. Strategy, prioritisation, and the numbers are the core of it. What makes it different from a classic PM job is the ownership: you own the commercial impact of this area, not the roadmap that led to it. Decisions are backed by data you pulled and customer understanding you built yourself, and you keep iterating after launch rather than moving to the next thing. The team is AI-first — modern stack, short cycles, and a process built to ship fast. AI also changes what gets built — what's worth improving, what needs rebuilding, and when the honest answer is to pivot. Every decision here starts with what's newly possible, not with what could be a little better.

Responsibilities
  • Set the direction for the member experience — who we serve, how we're different, what we build in which order.
  • Stay in direct contact with creators and their members — calls, tickets, session recordings — and turn what you hear into specific product changes. Customer obsession here means the input is concrete enough to act on, not a sentiment everyone agrees with.
  • Lead the go-to-market discussion for what you ship — positioning, packaging, and launch, with marketing, sales, and support aligned before release. You own the impact after launch, not the feature that shipped: adoption, the metric it was meant to move, and what you do when it doesn't.
  • Manage stakeholders across the company: bring leadership into the strategy early, and keep everyone who touches the product current on what's changing and why.
  • Own community and engagement: feed, rooms, notifications, mobile, member onboarding. Success is engagement that converts and retains, not activity for its own sake.
  • Own courses, membership, and access as one product — content, community, and buying working together.
  • Hold the quality bar for our AI features and the agents that follow: what good looks like, how it's measured, what the product does when it gets things wrong.
Requirements

Your core strength: product judgment

  • Worked with designers as partners, not as a requirements queue.
  • Connected product decisions to revenue: conversion, upsell, packaging, retention.
Nice-to-Haves
  • SaaS, creator economy, marketplace, community, or EdTech background.
  • Prototyping in your own hands — you can get to a working concept yourself with AI tooling rather than waiting for engineering.
  • PLG experience: self-serve onboarding, self-serve conversion, in-product upsell.
  • German language skills — a good share of our customer conversations happen in German.
Who Thrives Here

You'd rather own an outcome than deliver a roadmap, and you'd rather ask what's newly possible than what could be faster. You care whether it works: you know the difference between a feature that exists and one people come back to — and you stay with it until the number moves.

How we'll talk:

we'll ask you to bring one product decision you would make differently today — not because you'd execute it faster, but because the problem has changed.

  • A personal Training & Development budget of € 1,500 per year.
  • Responsibility and trust from day 1.
  • Individual coaching and further training to support you in your development.
  • A free BVG ticket.
  • Employee discounts at numerous companies (e.g. at the gym or in online stores).
  • Pension program with company match up to 30% of employee contributions.
  • A Culture of equity and Inclusion where you are appreciated for the person you are.
Diversity & Inclusion

At ablefy, we embrace our differences, as they are our greatest strength. We recognize that everyone has a unique perspective based on their experiences, identities, and thought processes, and we strive to create an inclusive environment for all. Discrimination based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability status, or any other aspect that makes you unique is not tolerated at ablefy. We aim to make growth accessible to everyone!

AI at ablefy

As an AI-first company, we put intelligent technology at the heart of everything we do. AI is part of how we build, learn, and grow together. It helps us work smarter, move faster, and focus on creating real impact. We believe the strongest results come from combining thoughtful technology with curious, driven people — and we’re excited to shape what’s next, together.
