Cosuno is looking for a Senior Product Manager Marketplace to shape the product vision in a dynamic, international team. You will own the marketplace dynamics between General contractors and Subcontractors, balancing supply and demand while driving liquidity and relevance through search, matching, and recommendations.

You will partner with data and engineering to translate metrics into priorities and explore AI use cases for improved matching.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of product management experience with two- or multi-sided marketplaces.
• Demonstrated experience thinking through supply-demand dynamics: how to create enough supply, enough demand, and how to balance the sometimes conflicting interests of both sides.
• Experience with search or matching algorithms, or working closely with data and engineering teams on ranking or recommendation logic.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of marketplace metrics such as liquidity, conversion, and network effects.
• You use AI tools such as LLM-based assistants, MCPs, and no-code prototyping routinely in your day-to-day work.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
