INFUSE is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of new systems, tools, and business processes powering growth. • Proven experience managing internal products, projects, and processes.

• Deep understanding of modern product and project management practices.
• Good understanding of when development is needed or not needed to solve the problem.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Hands-on experience using and implementing AI tools to automate workflows, validate hypotheses, build prototypes, and optimize products and processes.
• Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills are a must.
• Excellent communication with strong stakeholder engagement and alignment skills.
• Proven records in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation.
• Experience in building automations to optimize processes and manual tasks.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
• Proficiency in building no-code/low-code prototypes and tools to validate hypotheses in the early stages.
• Proven hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar) and no-code/low-code (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.)
• Experience in B2B marketing operations, lead generation, demand generation, or marketing automation is a plus
• Previous BA experience is a plus
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
