What You’ll Own

Own one of exmox's highest-impact product domains end-to-end, shaping the reward economy through payout thresholds, tiering, bonuses, promotions, and other key levers that drive profitability. Drive activation, retention, and long-term engagement through onboarding experiences, streaks, quests, progression systems, reactivation flows, and other lifecycle initiatives. Take new growth opportunities from first hypothesis to go/no-go decision, across product, market expansion, partnerships, and distribution. Lead a high-quality experimentation process by defining hypotheses, designing statistically sound A/B tests, interpreting results, and making data-driven product decisions. Partner closely with your dedicated Data Analyst to uncover opportunities, validate assumptions, and continuously improve product performance. Work with Engineering, Design, Commercial, User Acquisition, Customer Support, Fraud, and Leadership to align priorities and deliver impactful product improvements. Represent your product domain directly to leadership, using data, customer insights, and business context to influence strategic decisions.

What You Bring Experienced

You bring 5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer-facing digital products, ideally within mobile apps, gaming, marketplaces, subscriptions, ad-tech, fintech, or other high-growth B2C businesses.
