Job summary

Qualifyze GmbH in Germany is seeking a Senior Product Manager to advance our Core Platform strategy within Life Science – Supply Chain Risk Management. You will define the platform vision and coordinate with Core Platform, PM, Data, and Engineering teams.

Lead discovery with business stakeholders, client IT, and InfoSec; translate insights into prototypes and architectural docs; guide delivery from concept to adoption while balancing customer value and business priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or data roles.
• Proven track record delivering scalable core platform or data products.
• Experience with Engineering, Data, DevOps and platform architecture.
• Familiar with MVP testing and prototyping.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, compliance) is a plus.
• Based in or willing to travel to Barcelona or Frankfurt regularly.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to advance our Core Platform strategy. Qualifyze has expanded its product offering in the Life Science - Supply Chain Risk Management space from Quality Audits to Risk Management applications. We are now a multi‑product value proposition and expect to add more solutions over time. For this, we need a strong core application and data platform.

In this role, you will collaborate with the technical Core Platform team, other product teams (PM, Data, Engineering), and key stakeholders. You will work alongside cross‑functional teams, including BackEnd and Data Engineering, to define issues, design solutions, prioritize platform feature delivery, and ensure measurable outcomes.

We are looking for a collaborative, results‑oriented candidate who aims to drive meaningful progress through impact‑oriented discovery and effective delivery.

Main responsibilities:

• Product Vision and Strategy: Define the platform vision and data ecosystem, creating a strategic roadmap aligned with customer and company goals.
• Product Discovery: Lead continuous discovery efforts with internal and external stakeholders (including business stakeholders, client IT, and InfoSec teams). Develop and test hypotheses around the value and viability of platform, security, and data solutions. Translate findings into prototypes and architectural documentation to communicate concepts effectively.
• Product Delivery: Guide the product delivery process from concept to adoption. Manage roadmaps, ensuring feasibility and usability. Work closely with technical data leads, core platform leads, and product managers to balance customer value with business priorities.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate Core Platform and Data teams (including engineering leads managing platform‑application interfaces). Partner with PMs, Marketing, and Sales on requirements for security, identity/access management, and platform integrations. Ensure platform updates align seamlessly with user applications.
• Data‑Driven Decision Making: Use platform telemetry and agreed KPIs to monitor performance, track feature adoption, manage technical debt, and drive continuous improvement.

Main requirements:

• 7+ years experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, platform, or data‑focused roles.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable core platform or data products in cross‑functional environments (SaaS platform architectures, event systems, notification hubs, shared databases and services).
• Experience working with technical teams (Engineering, Data, DevOps) and understanding of platform architecture, security, access management, APIs, and data workflows.
• Familiarity with product discovery techniques, customer interviews, prototyping, and MVP testing.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills to navigate complex projects and deadlines.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to communicate technical topics to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, healthcare, compliance) is a plus. Based In or open to travel to Barcelona or Frankfurt offices on a regular basis

Salary

At Qualifyze, our salary ranges are transparent internally, and we aim to follow a similar approach externally. For this role, we're happy to share a reference point within the band: the expected salary range is around 75.000- 85.000 €, centered around the median.

Final compensation will depend on experience and performance during the process, with some flexibility within the range.
